Inch Allah

Here I am, 

requesting a visitor's visa for Jan who's arriving very soon from Prague, 

having paid an extra fee for it to be processed as "urgent"

having been told to wait an hour in order to pick up the visa (thinking "wow, it is a very efficient administration!")

I'm told, after an hour of waiting and being late for the office: "come tomorrow, Inch Allah, maybe it will be ready"

I hate "Inch Allahs''...
