Maestro, musique !

Cela me manquait.

The court of His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President, and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, mourned the death of Shaikh Nasser, the court announced three days of mourning in Dubai. Their Highnesses, Members of the Supreme Council and Ruler of emirates, Dr Shaikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi of Sharjah, Shaikh Saqr bin Mohammed Al Qasimi of Ras Al Khaimah, Shaikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi of Fujairah, Shaikh Rashid bin Ahmed Al Mualla of Umm Al Quwain and Shaikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi of Ajman also mourned the death of Shaikh Nasser. In Statement issued by the Rulers’ courts, they extended their condolences to President Shaikh Khalifa and other members of the Al Nahyan family. The Rulers declared three days of mourning in their emirates during which flags shall fly at half-mast.

Meanwhile, Shaikh Khalifa received yesterday telephone calls from the leaders and senior officials of a number of Arab countries who expressed profound grief and condolences over the death of Shaikh Nasser.

Shaikh Khalifa received calls from Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh, Libyan leader Colonel Muammar Gaddafi and Governor of Tabuk province in Saudi Arabia Fahad bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, all of whom expressed condolences over the demise of Shaikh Nasser. Shaikh Khalifa thanked them for sharing their deep-felt sorrow, and wished them good health and prosperity.
